Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end commercial and residential leasing activities.
- Identify and develop potential tenants, clients, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate property visits, negotiations, and lease closures.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle lease documentation, agreements, renewals, and follow-ups.
- Achieve leasing targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of leasing transactions.
- Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.
