Role & responsibilities

Make efforts to understand the learning and development plans for the fiscal year and support the seamless execution of the same, in partnership with the respective learning specialist/manager, business, facilities and IT teams.

- Demonstrate quick learning skills and a growth mindset by becoming adept with the usage of the companys LMS, digital learning platforms and tools that are being used for various categories of programs so that the learning data compilation, attendance, metrics etc. can be managed and reported periodically with accuracy.
- Be proficient in the usage of MS Office suite of products, especially Excel (including vLookup, creating Pivot tables and charts etc.)



and PowerPoint (presenting the metrics dashboard on PowerPoint as per the company templates) and improvise as a part of continuous improvement.
- Demonstrates great analytical skills in assessing learning data, identifying trends and sharing observations with Micron India L&D; leader.
- Demonstrates confidence in communicating and presenting effectively to large groups. Prior experience in participating in college debates, elocution competitions etc. will be great experiences to leverage upon for this role.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience with 2-3 years.

Immediate joiners are highly Preferred.
