Role: Learning and Development Specialist

Experience: 2- 4 years

Location: Hyderabad

Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Constructs recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.

Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues. May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.

Develops metrics,



collects data to identify root cause of problems, measures performance against process requirements and performs cost and benefit analyses. Develops and implements complex business analysis plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives. Serves as liaison between sales and operations teams to develop concepts and coordinate product knowledge.

Creates integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. May participate in testing and implementation of recent production systems.
