Role Overview

Are you a YouTube strategist with a creative spark and data-driven mindset? Join Allen, India’s leading education brand, and lead the charge in shaping our YouTube presence across long-form, Shorts, and livestreams.

You’ll drive content strategy, collaborate with faculty and creators, and integrate campaigns across Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, and Quora — all to engage millions of students nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

YouTube Channel Strategy & Growth

● Manage ALLEN’s primary and secondary YouTube channels (long-form, Shorts, livestreams).

● Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with academic and marketing objectives.

● Optimize video SEO: titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and metadata.

● Drive channel growth through consistent publishing, trend utilization, and audience insights.

Cross-Channel Integration

● Coordinate with Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, and Quora teams for cross-promotion and community synergy.

Content Planning & Execution

● Work with the multimedia and editing teams to ensure high-quality video output and timely uploads.





● Collaborate with academic heads and faculty for lecture content, concept videos, podcasts, and live sessions.

Influencer & Creator Relations

● Build relationships with YouTube educators, influencers, and content creators for collaborations and campaigns.

Faculty Coordination

● Manage scheduling, shoot coordination, and communication between faculty and production teams.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

● Monitor channel analytics — Views, watch time, CTR, retention, and subscriber growth.

● Share monthly insights with actionable recommendations.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

● Min. 4 years of experience in YouTube channel management or digital content strategy.

● Understanding of education sector audiences and trends across Tier 2/3 cities.

● Solid grasp of YouTube Studio, VidIQ, Tubebuddy, analytics tools, and SEO optimization.

● Excellent coordination, communication, and project management skills.
