What You ll Be Owning

- Tech Hiring & Talent Evaluation Hire across Software Engineering, AI/ML, DevOps & Cloud, Full Stack, Data Engineering, QA Automation, Python, and Java roles Assess technical profiles beyond keywords through strong screening conversations and skill evaluation
- Pipeline Building & Hiring Delivery Build strong pipelines for niche tech skills and project-based hiring needs Partner closely with hiring managers and delivery teams to drive hiring closures efficiently
- AI-Driven Recruiting & HRTech Use AI-powered sourcing tools, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GenAI tools for smarter hiring Experiment with AI-driven outreach, talent mapping, automation workflows,



and emerging HRTech trends
- Recruitment Analytics & Insights Track recruitment metrics, sourcing performance, funnel conversions, and hiring trends Use data-driven insights to optimize hiring strategies and improve decision-making

Requirements

- Have 8+ years of recruitment experience
- Have managed large hiring ramp-ups successfully
- Are strong with hiring MIS, dashboards & reporting
- Can work in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Know how to balance speed, quality & stakeholder expectations
