Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical appraisal and property assessment for LAP proposals.
- Review property valuation, construction quality, marketability and collateral acceptability.
- Identify technical risks, deviations, encroachments and unauthorized construction.
- Review valuation reports and manage empanelled technical agencies/valuers.
- Conduct property inspections and handle complex/high-value cases.
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Sales and Operations for resolution of technical issues.
- Ensure adherence to technical policies, audit requirements and prescribed TATs.
- Drive valuer performance, quality checks and process improvements
