Looking for an experienced Facility Management recruitment professional with 5+ years of experience to lead end-to-end bulk hiring for blue-collar roles across Food and Facilities Management services in the region. This role owns hiring volumes, manages a recruiter team, and builds sustainable talent pipelines within defined timelines and cost targets.

Responsibilities

1. Own end-to-end bulk hiring delivery for blue-collar roles across the region.
2. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 10+ recruiters to achieve hiring targets and productivity benchmarks.
3. Drive monthly/quarterly hiring plans aligned to business demand and workforce forecasts.
4. Ensure closure of positions within TAT and cost-per-hire targets.
5. Build and maintain solid talent pipelines and databases for recurring roles.
6. Develop and manage local sourcing channels vendors, contractors, field sourcing, job drives, referrals, and community networks.
7. Establish institutional and agency partnerships for continuous talent supply.
8. Monitor recruitment funnel metrics, attrition trends, and source effectiveness; recommend actionable interventions.
9. Partner closely with operations and line managers for manpower planning, requisition clarity, and offer closures.
10. Ensure process compliance, documentation, and recruitment MIS accuracy.
11. Drive employee referral programs and alternative sourcing innovations.
12. Support offer rollout, joining coordination, and onboarding handover to HR operations.

Requirements

1. 7+ years of experience in blue-collar bulk hiring,



preferably in Food Services / Facilities Management / Hospitality / Staffing.
2. Strong Mumbai market exposure with hands-on experience in local hiring ecosystems.
3. Experience in team handling (min. 58 recruiters).
4. Strong understanding of high-volume hiring metrics (TAT, cost, conversion ratios).
5. Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to work in high-pressure, target-driven environments.
7. Strong planning, execution, and people leadership capabilities.
