Job Role : Lead - Software Engineer

Work Experience : 5-7 years

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of robust and scalable web applications using Python and Django framework.
- Understanding product requirements and convert to code.
- Resolving bugs.
- Stay on top of the product to ensure performance and scalability.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by following best practices and coding standards.
- Mentoring junior developers and participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain high code quality.
- Understand and keep the technical documentation up-to-date.
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end components and third-party services.
- System architecture and design skills.

Mandatory Experience :

- 5 - 6+ years of experience in REST API development with any Python based frameworks (Django, Django REST framework (DRF)).
- 5+ years of experience in web development with Python.
- 5+ years of experience with MySQL, PSQL.
- 5+ years of experience with Git.
- 5+ years of database programming experience (Postgres, SQL,



ability to write complex queries).
- 5+ years of experience with Agile development cycle.

Good to have :

- Contribution in any open source projects.
- Experience or understanding with DevOps.
- Experience with agile development methodologies like Scrum.
- Understanding of Kubernetes.
- API design and creation (e.g. OpenAPI).
- Experience in Test Driven Development.
- Experience working in a product based company.
