Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Intelligent Automation CoE Lead (Lead Architect) to design and deliver scalable automation solutions using Blue Prism RPA and Microsoft’s intelligent automation ecosystem. The ideal candidate will own solution design, bot development, integrations, governance, mentoring developers, and driving enterprise automation delivery using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, AI Builder, Azure APIs, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

- Lead architecture & design for scalable, secure, maintainable RPA solutions
- Create technical blueprints, coding standards, and reusable frameworks
- Build reusable automation libraries and templates for faster delivery

Implementation & Development
- Develop automated processes using Blue Prism
- Integrate bots with enterprise systems and applications
- Ensure automation is optimized for performance, reliability, and scalability

Copilot Studio / Agent Orchestration
- Implement intelligent agent-based automation using Copilot Studio
- Support orchestration and multi-bot automation strategies

Power Platform & AI Enablement




- Support automation solutions using Power Automate
- Build/assist solutions on Power Apps
- Integrate AI workflows using AI Builder
- Work with Azure APIs / Services for AI and automation integrations

Leadership & Support
- Mentor junior developers, perform code reviews
- Troubleshoot production issues, improve bot stability and performance
- Maintain solid documentation (design docs, runbooks, guidelines)

Experience & Education
- Experience: 5+ years in RPA / Automation (3+ years in Blue Prism mandatory)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
