We are seeking a Lead NetSuite Functional Consultant with 4 to 8 years of hands-on NetSuite functional experience. The ideal candidate will play a critical client-facing role, working closely with stakeholders, project managers, technical consultants, and cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and optimize NetSuite solutions. This role requires strong functional expertise, excellent communication skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to think creatively and solution-first based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary functional point of contact for clients during NetSuite implementations and enhancements.

- Lead requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and business process reviews with client stakeholders.

- Translate business requirements into functional solution designs and NetSuite configurations.

- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to support project planning, timelines, risks, and dependencies.

- Work with technical consultants and functional consultants to ensure functional designs are correctly implemented via scripting, workflows, integrations and configurations.

- Own and drive functional deliverables including BRDs, FRDs, configuration documents, and test cases.

- Configure NetSuite modules, forms, workflows, roles, permissions, and preferences based on business needs.

- Provide solution-based recommendations and think outside the box to address complex or non-standard requirements.

- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect resolution.

- Guide and mentor junior functional consultants and team members.

- Support go-live activities, hypercare, and post-implementation optimization.

Functional Expertise Required

- Order to Cash (Sales Orders, Invoicing, Payments, Revenue Flow)





- Procure to Pay (Purchase Orders, Vendor Bills, Approvals, Payments)

- Inventory Management and Supply Chain

- Multi-Subsidiary, Intercompany, and Global Accounting

- Financials (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Reporting)

- Basic understanding of Manufacturing / Work Orders (preferred)

Required Skills & Experience

- 48 years of hands-on NetSuite functional consulting experience.

- Strong understanding of NetSuite standard functionality and best practices.

- Experience leading NetSuite implementations or major enhancement projects.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.

- Solid experience working in client-facing roles.

- Hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration, workflows, and saved searches.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and understand technical constraints.

- Strong documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, solution design documents).

- Experience working with global clients and remote teams.
