Technical Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in network administration and troubleshooting, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.

- Good understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, VLANs, routing, switching, and network security concepts.

- Experience with network monitoring, traffic analysis, connectivity troubleshooting, and tools such as Wireshark.

- Good to Have: Linux administration and automation, cloud networking, data center operations, OS/BIOS upgrades, and VAPT compliance

Project Management Skills:

- Good communication, documentation, reporting, and vendor coordination skills.

- Robust in project planning, time estimation, progress tracking, and ensuring on-time delivery.

- Manage and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.

- Perform network troubleshooting,



connectivity analysis, traffic monitoring, and root cause analysis using relevant tools and techniques.

- Handle firewall configurations, network security policies, and overall network security operations.

- Manage day-to-day network operations, including configuration changes, backups, performance monitoring, OS upgrades and infrastructure maintenance.

- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors while maintaining proper technical documentation, operational reports, and compliance-related activities..
