Role Description

Lead II - Enterprise Solutions Salesforce Certinia Manual Test Lead : This role emphasizes leadership in manual testing within the Salesforce Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) ecosystem. The focus is on strategic planning, team management, and ensuring comprehensive test coverage for Certinia's Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Financial Management modules through manual techniques.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive manual test strategies and plans for Salesforce Certinia projects.

- Define test scope, objectives, and timelines for Certinia implementations.

- Analyze business requirements and technical specifications related to professional services and financial processes to create detailed test scenarios and test cases.

- Lead and mentor a team of manual testers focused on the Certinia platform.

- Assign tasks, manage workload, and provide guidance and support to the testing team.

- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

- Oversee the execution of manual test cases across various Certinia modules (e.g., PSA, Billing, Financials).

- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools like Jira.

- Collaborate with developers and functional consultants to ensure timely defect resolution.

- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports specific to Certinia functionality.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure a transparent understanding of Certinia requirements.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding testing progress, risks, and issues.





- Ensure a high quality of interaction with the customer regarding email content, fault report tracking, voice calls, and business etiquette.

Key Role

Requirements:

- Extensive experience in manual testing, with a strong focus on Salesforce Certinia applications.

- Strong understanding of Certinia's PSA functionalities and configurations.

- Proven ability to lead and manage manual testing teams.

- Expertise in creating detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex business processes like Quote-to-Cash or Project Accounting.

- Proficiency in using bug tracking and test management tools.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of software testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

- Strong understanding of Salesforce and Certinia data models.

- Experience with data validation for financial and project data.

Desired

Skills:

- Experience testing end-to-end PSA processes.

- Experience with Salesforce data loader and workbench.

- Salesforce certifications (Administrator).

- Knowledge of other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and how they integrate with Certinia. Good to Have Skills and Certifications:

- Certinia or FinancialForce certifications are a major plus.

- Experience with Salesforce Automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, TOSCA, Katalon).

- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification.

- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification.

- Agile certifications are a plus.
