We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to identify and generate potential customers for our software products and services. The role involves field visits, meeting prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and generating qualified sales leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels.

- Visit potential customers and introduce the company's software products and services.

- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable business opportunities.

- Conduct initial product discussions and coordinate product demonstrations with the technical team.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

- Update all lead details, customer interactions, visits, and follow-up status in the company's CRM/sales tracker.

- Build and maintain good relationships with prospective customers.

- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.

- Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Business Development team to convert qualified leads into opportunities.





- Prepare daily/weekly activity reports.

- Travel to different locations/cities for customer meetings and lead generation as required.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in software sales, lead generation, business development, or field sales.

- Freshers with positive communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.

- Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

- Confident in approaching and interacting with new customers.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Willingness to work in the field and travel to different locations.

- Basic knowledge of software/IT products is an advantage.

- Ability to learn and explain software solutions to potential customers.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
