Lead Generation & Sales - Expert

About the Role:

We are looking for a Lead Generation & Sales Expert who is confident in B2B lead generation, client communication, sales, relationship building, and business development. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and capable of converting prospects into qualified business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Identify and connect with potential clients, companies, and key decision-makers.
- Manage client communication, follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
- Schedule meetings and support the sales and business development process.
- Maintain lead details and pipeline updates in CRM.
- Contribute to lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation, B2B Sales, Business Development, Client Handling, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident in client handling, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Good follow-up, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, or Google Sheets is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
