About the Role

Lead and manage FEA/Structural Dynamics projects from quotation to delivery, overseeing project teams, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality, timely execution of advanced simulation projects.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage FEA/Structural Dynamics projects from quotation to delivery.

- Assign, mentor, and oversee project teams to ensure quality and timely execution.

- Coordinate with clients, sales, and accounts teams for project planning, quotations, invoicing, and milestone tracking.

- Perform and review advanced FEA simulations including:

- Vibration Analysis

- Structural Dynamics

- Linear & Non-Linear Static Analysis

- Energetic Analysis

- Contact Analysis

- Acoustic Analysis

- Interpret simulation results and provide engineering recommendations for design optimization and structural integrity.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ASCE, AISC, and relevant engineering codes.

- Drive technical hiring, team development,



training initiatives, and research for new simulation methodologies.

- Support strategic business growth and expansion into new engineering domains.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Structural, Aerospace, or related Engineering discipline.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Structural Dynamics.

- Hands-on experience with ANSYS, FEMAP, NASTRAN, or equivalent FEA tools.

- Proven experience in vibration, fatigue, dynamic response, and structural integrity assessments.

- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, physics, and manufacturing considerations.

- Experience leading engineering teams, managing client interactions, and delivering complex simulation projects.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills.
