Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front End Lead with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in JavaScript technologies to join our growing team. As a Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications.

You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure delivery of intuitive and responsive user interfaces.

Roles And Responsibilities

- Lead the front-end development team, providing technical guidance, code reviews,



and mentorship.
- Develop complex front-end solutions using up-to-date JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Nuxt.js, Angular).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Define front-end coding standards, best practices, and performance benchmarks.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and libraries to improve development efficiency.
- Take ownership of end-to-end delivery from concept through deployment and maintenance.
