Role & responsibilities

Senior / Lead Data Engineer HR Data Lake (Snowflake, Databricks & HCM)

The ideal candidate should have previously worked with HR/HCM data, preferably Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or similar, and have experience designing an HR Data Lake / Data Warehouse on Snowflake. The person will act as the technical SME for the HR team, defining data architecture, modelling, security, data-sharing patterns and AI/ML readiness while coordinating with ingestion, platform, AI and business teams.
