Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Automation Engineer to design, develop, and manage enterprise automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, streamline content and business workflows, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in scripting, workflow automation, structured content processing, and system integration, coupled with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of automation frameworks and workflow solutions.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, JavaScript, Node.js, and related technologies.
- Build solutions for content transformation, publishing automation, and data processing workflows.
- Design integrations between content management systems, publishing platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve productivity and quality.
- Troubleshoot complex workflow and production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Editorial, Operations, Technology, and QA.
- Establish automation standards, coding best practices, and documentation guidelines.
- Monitor automation performance and continuously optimize workflows.




- Mentor and guide junior automation engineers and technical team members.
