Real Boosting Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced ISO 9001 Lead Auditor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting management system audits, evaluating Quality Management Systems, identifying non-conformities, preparing audit reports, and supporting clients in maintaining and improving their management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct ISO 9001:2015 QMS audits as per applicable requirements.
- Plan, prepare and execute audits independently.
- Review policies, procedures, records and other QMS documentation.
- Identify and report Non-Conformities (NCs), observations and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and maintain audit documentation.
- Conduct opening and closing meetings with clients.
- Coordinate with clients and provide professional audit-related guidance.
- Ensure audit activities are completed within the required timelines.

- Required Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate/Post-Graduate in any relevant discipline.
- Valid ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification from a recognized certification/training body.




- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Quality Management / ISO / Auditing / Compliance.
- Minimum 25 man-days of actual audit experience is required.
- Practical experience in conducting ISO 9001 audits is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements, audit principles and QMS documentation.
- Experience in preparing audit reports and handling NCs/CARs.
- Good communication, documentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently handle client audits and travel for on-site assignments when required.

Preferred:

- IRCA / CQI or Exemplar Global Lead Auditor certification.
- Experience with multiple industries/MSME clients.
- Experience in third-party, certification, internal or supplier audits.
