L&D; / Faculty Development Lead

About the Role

At Infinity Learn, faculty are at the heart of our learning ecosystem. We are looking for an L&D; professional who can build and strengthen our faculty capability — from the day a new faculty member joins to the day they become a confident, consistent and effective classroom educator.

This role will be responsible for training, mentoring and evaluating faculty across experience levels and ensuring that every faculty member understands and consistently follows Infinity Learn’s teaching SOPs, pedagogy and academic standards.

The objective is simple: prepare every faculty member to deliver great teaching before they hit the floor — and ensure that teaching quality translates into better student learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver induction and training programs for recent faculty — freshers as well as experienced educators.
- Build faculty capability around Infinity Learn’s teaching methodology, pedagogy, SOPs and classroom practices.
- Conduct demo classes, mock teaching sessions and faculty assessments before deployment.
- Observe live/recorded classes and provide structured, actionable feedback to improve teaching effectiveness.
- Identify faculty capability gaps and create targeted coaching / intervention plans.
- Develop training modules, teaching guides, lesson frameworks, checklists and other faculty enablement material.
- Ensure consistent implementation of teaching processes, classroom standards and academic practices across faculty.




- Work closely with Academic and Business teams to understand gaps and continuously improve faculty performance.
- Establish mechanisms to track training effectiveness, faculty readiness, teaching quality and learning outcomes.
- Conduct periodic refresher training and upskilling programs for existing faculty.
- Build a culture of continuous feedback, coaching and improvement among faculty.

What We’re Looking For

- 5–10+ years of experience in L&D;, Faculty Development, Teacher Training, Academic Training, Pedagogy or Academic Quality.
- Experience in EdTech, schools, coaching institutes or education/training environments strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of teaching methodologies, pedagogy and classroom practices.
- Proven experience in training and mentoring teachers/faculty, including experienced educators.
- Strong ability to observe a teaching session, identify gaps and translate them into specific, actionable feedback.
- Excellent facilitation, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create structured training programs and learning material.
- Strong orientation towards quality, process adherence and measurable outcomes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The Person We’re Looking For Someone who can answer “Why is this faculty member not getting the desired learning outcome?” and then work backwards to identify whether the gap is in knowledge, pedagogy, communication, classroom management, content delivery or process adherence.
