Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Conduct legal research and prepare detailed research notes on assigned matters

- Draft, review, and analyse agreements, pleadings, notices, and legal opinions

- Examine statutes, case law, regulatory materials, and financial statements for legal and advisory assignments

- Assist in corporate, tax advisory, transactional, and litigation support matters

- Support the team in handling matters related to general corporate, company law, PE/VC, M&A;, indirect tax, intellectual property, and allied legal and regulatory areas

- Perform research, drafting, and analytical tasks as part of ongoing legal training and assignments

- Coordinate with legal professionals on advisory, compliance, and litigation-related activities
