Location: Bangalore Experience: 1–3 Years Function: Human Resources / Learning & Development Education: MBA from a Premier Management Institute Job SummaryWe are looking for a high-potential MBA professional with 1–3 years of experience to support and manage Learning & Development and Management Development initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and program execution skills, with the ability to work with business leaders, HR teams and external institutions to drive employee development programs.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and manage the end-to-end L&D; program lifecycle.Identify learning and development requirements in coordination with HR and business teams.Plan and execute corporate learning and employee development programs.Coordinate Management Development Programs (MDPs) with internal and external stakeholders.Engage with premier educational institutions, training partners and external organizations.Coordinate program logistics, schedules, communication and participant engagement.Maintain L&D; calendars, program trackers,



participation records and documentation.Track program completion, participation and feedback.Analyse program effectiveness and prepare management reports.Work closely with HR and business leaders to align learning initiatives with organizational requirements.Support the development and implementation of leadership and capability-building initiatives.Preferred Profile MBA from a premier management institute. 1–3 years of experience in HR, L&D;, HR Consulting, Talent Management, Management Programs or related areas.Strong interest and exposure to Learning & Development / employee development initiatives.Experience coordinating programs, projects or stakeholder-driven initiatives.Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work with senior stakeholders and external institutions.Trainer/facilitator experience is not mandatory.Candidates from HR/TA backgrounds with solid program management, employee engagement or development exposure can be considered.
