Role Description The Laravel Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern, scalable web applications and APIs using Laravel, PHP, and related technologies. The role involves implementing backend functionality, developing RESTful APIs, integrating third-party services, optimizing application performance, and ensuring secure and scalable solutions.

Developer will collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions.

Responsibilities will also include troubleshooting issues, performing code reviews, maintaining databases, participating in testing and deployment processes, and following software development best practices. The developer is also expected to stay updated with the latest Laravel and PHP features, modern development practices, and AI-assisted coding tools to improve development productivity and code quality.

Qualifications





- 1–4 years of hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel.
- Strong Back-End Web Development skills, including Laravel, PHP, RESTful APIs, and database design (MySQL or similar).
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, MVC architecture, design patterns, and modern PHP development practices.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and integration with backend services.
- Solid Software Development and Programming skills, including Git, debugging, testing, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Experience in developing and maintaining e-commerce, SaaS, or business-critical web applications.
- Strong understanding of API development, authentication, authorization, database relationships, and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, React.js, Next.js, and Node.js is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding and development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools is a plus.
- Ability to effectively review, validate, debug, and improve AI-generated code while maintaining security, scalability, performance, and code quality.
- Familiarity with cloud hosting, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Linux, and web security best practices is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an in office team environment and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
