Role Description The Landscape Draughtsman is a full-time, on-site role based in Kasaragod. The role involves preparing detailed landscape drawings, plans, and layouts using CAD and related software, based on design concepts and project specifications. Daily tasks include converting sketches into technical drawings, updating drawings as per design changes, and coordinating with landscape architects, engineers, and project coordinators to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.

The Landscape

Draughtsman will assist in preparing BOQs and measurement details, maintain organized drawing files and documentation,



and support the design team in delivering clear, construction-ready drawings. The role requires close collaboration with site and project teams to reflect practical, implementable solutions in all landscape drawings.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in landscape drafting and technical drawing, including proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and ability to produce accurate, detailed plans and layouts.
- Competence in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, and aligning landscape plans with overall project requirements.
- Experience supporting BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and measurement details related to landscape works.
- Good understanding of landscape elements, materials, and basic construction practices, with attention to practicality and implementation on site.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with designers, engineers, and project coordinators.
- Strong organizational skills, including systematic file management, documentation, and version control for drawings.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related technical field.
- Prior experience as a landscape draughtsman or similar drafting role; experience in UAE or Indian projects is an advantage.
- Ability to work full time in office in Kasaragod and commit to project timelines and quality standards.
