Role Description This is on-site Land Acquisition role based in Gurugram.

The Land

Acquisition professional will identify and evaluate potential land parcels for residential development,



including field visits and site inspections. The role involves conducting preliminary and detailed due diligence on legal, technical, and regulatory aspects of land, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to assess feasibility. The individual will perform market research to understand local real estate trends, pricing, and competitor activity, and prepare reports, proposals, and financial summaries to support acquisition decisions. The role also includes negotiating with landowners and intermediaries, supporting documentation and approvals, and maintaining accurate records of all land acquisition activities.
