Role Description The Laboratory Assistant role at ReBAT is a full-time, in office position based in Bhopal.
The Laboratory
Assistant will support daily laboratory operations, including preparing samples, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, and following standardized testing procedures for battery and material analysis. This role will assist in quality control activities, record and interpret test data, and ensure accurate documentation in accordance with safety and environmental standards.

Assistant will collaborate with scientists and engineers, maintain a clean and organized lab environment, and strictly follow all health, safety, and compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong laboratory skills, including familiarity with basic Laboratory Skills and hands-on experience with Laboratory Equipment.
- Candidates should possess solid Quality Control abilities, including adherence to testing protocols and accuracy in data recording.
- Candidates should possess well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret test results, identify anomalies, and support troubleshooting activities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting findings clearly.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in chemistry, environmental science, materials science, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety practices in industrial or environmental laboratories and willingness to use personal protective equipment is beneficial.
- Experience in recycling, battery technology, or industrial manufacturing environments is an advantage.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures, work on-site in Bhopal, and contribute to a sustainability-focused mission.
