Job Responsibilities:

- Collect and process blood, urine, and other patient samples.
- Perform routine laboratory tests as per SOPs.
- Handle laboratory equipment and instruments properly.
- Prepare reagents and maintain required laboratory supplies.
- Ensure correct sample labeling, storage, and documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the laboratory.
- Follow quality-control and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate test records and reports.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff.
- Follow infection-control and biomedical waste-management guidelines.

Skills Required:

- Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment.
- Good attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a hospital/diagnostic environment.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.
