Job Summary
We are looking for a Pathology Lab Technician to perform routine laboratory investigations, sample collection/processing, documentation and quality-control activities while ensuring accuracy, safety and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, receive, label and process patient samples as per SOPs.
- Perform routine pathology laboratory tests as per assigned competency.
- Operate laboratory equipment and maintain required records.
- Perform internal quality-control activities and maintain QC documentation.
- Ensure accurate entry and recording of test results in HMS/LIS.
- Follow NABL, NABH, infection-control, laboratory safety and biomedical waste protocols.
- Report critical, abnormal or doubtful results to the Lab In-charge/Pathologist.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and proper storage of samples, reagents and consumables.
- Coordinate with doctors,
nursing staff and other hospital departments.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional conduct.
0–3 years of relevant experience preferred. Freshers may also apply.

Preferred Candidates with experience in a hospital/pathology laboratory and knowledge of NABL/NABH practices will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
