Key Responsibilities

- Assist faculty and students in conducting Language Lab sessions effectively.
- Operate and maintain language lab software, computers, headsets and audio-visual equipment.
- Provide technical support to faculty and students during lab sessions.
- Ensure all systems, software and equipment are functional and ready before each session.
- Assist students in using language learning software and digital resources.
- Maintain lab attendance, usage records, equipment registers and other documentation.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, audio and network-related issues.
- Coordinate with the IT/Technical team for major technical problems and maintenance.
- Ensure proper discipline, cleanliness and safety within the language laboratory.
- Support faculty in preparing and managing digital learning materials and assessments.
- Monitor and report damaged or malfunctioning equipment.




- Perform other language lab-related duties assigned by the HOD / Department Coordinator.

Qualification Diploma / B.Sc. / BCA / Any relevant qualification in Computer science

Experience

1–5 years in a Language Lab / Computer Lab / Educational Institution preferred.

Skills

- Basic computer and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of language lab software and audio-visual systems
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assist students and faculty effectively
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital learning tools

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
