Key Skills Requirement

- Fundamental understanding of IT service management and ITIL business process.
- Experience in handling L2 support activities and Ability to document & troubleshoot the errors
- Experience in working with Service NOW or any other ticket handling systems
- Experience in working with Automotive domain will be an added advantage
- Monitor infrastructure components (servers, networks, databases, cloud services) using tools like Splunk, ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
- Experince to Datalog added advantage
- Analyze system logs to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, errors, and security issues.
- Respond to incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
- Collaborate with different teams like Application Development,



Cloud, and Security teams to maintain system reliability and performance.
- Logical approach and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in 1st/2nd or General Shifts, also need basis willing to work on public holidays
- Understand requirement and functionality of the application
- Positive communication skills

• Prior experience of end users discussions

Job Responsibilities:
- Providing L1 & L2 support for Daimler Truck Engineering applications
- Effectively participate in end user discussions, client calls and meetings
- Support build and release operations.
- Maintain and improve monitoring dashboards and alerting mechanisms.
- Perform root cause analysis and contribute to post-incident reviews.
- Automate routine monitoring tasks and reporting using scripting (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Document standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.
