What You'll Do

Monitor order management applications and production environments

Troubleshoot order failures, stuck orders, and processing issues

Perform log analysis and basic SQL investigations

Monitor integrations across OSS/BSS ecosystems

Support incident management and SLA adherence

Collaborate with L2/L3, development, and infrastructure teams
