- Handle merchandising activities from order confirmation to final dispatch.

- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, specifications, samples, and delivery schedules.

- Coordinate with Production, Knitting, Dyeing, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams.

- Prepare and follow up on production and delivery plans.

- Monitor order status and ensure timely execution of orders.

- Follow up on yarn, raw materials, production, and fabric requirements.

- Ensure products are made according to customer specifications and quality standards.

- Handle sample development, approvals, and customer feedback.

- Maintain order sheets, production status, and merchandising reports.

- Identify delays/issues and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Diploma in Textile, Fashion, or related field preferred.

- 8 years of experience in knitting/textile merchandising.

- Valuable knowledge of knitting, fabrics, yarns, and production processes.

- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.

- Good command of MS Excel and email communication.
