TFT – The Food Trip is looking for a hardworking and responsible Kitchen Helper to support our kitchen team in daily food preparation and operations.
Key Responsibilities Assist chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation. Wash, peel, cut and prepare vegetables, chicken and other ingredients. Help with preparation of burgers, fried chicken, fries, momos, pasta and other menu items.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and equipment. Wash and clean utensils, containers and kitchen tools. Organize and store ingredients properly. Assist with receiving and arranging kitchen supplies.
Follow food safety, hygiene and portion-control standards. Keep the kitchen area clean and organized during operating hours. Support the team during busy hours and maintain quick service.
