ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Kinaxis professional to define VIS/BI strategy, assess business opportunities, develop roadmaps, and drive data-led decision making and adoption.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Define VIS/BI vision, strategy, business cases and modernization roadmap.
- Identify industry/function-specific VIS/BI use cases, metrics and opportunities.
- Assess complex data and provide actionable business insights.
- Lead workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Support adoption, decision-making and behavior change initiatives.




- Track VIS/BI value and industry trends.
- Act as VIS/BI SME and support team performance.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Kinaxis experience.
- Strong understanding of Business Intelligence frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in VIS/BI strategy and roadmap development.
- Data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Tableau or Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams and resolve complex business issues.
