1. Job Purpose To operate, monitor, and maintain KHS beverage filling and packaging machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring smooth production, consistent product quality, minimum downtime, and adherence to production and safety standards. 2.

Key Responsibilities Operate KHS filling, bottling, capping, labelling, and associated packaging equipment as per SOPs. Start, stop, and operate the machine according to approved operating procedures. Monitor machine parameters during production and make necessary operational adjustments.

Ensure correct filling level, carbonation, capping, sealing, and product quality. Monitor bottle movement through the rinser, filler, capper, pasteurizer, labeller, and conveyor systems, as applicable. Check for bottle breakage, leakage, improper filling, damaged caps, and other abnormalities.

Maintain required production speed and minimize machine stoppages and downtime. Carry out routine cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance activities as instructed. Identify machine abnormalities and immediately report mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or instrumentation issues to the maintenance team.

Assist maintenance personnel during troubleshooting and machine maintenance. Ensure correct changeover of bottles, caps, labels, formats, and other machine settings. Maintain proper hygiene and housekeeping around the machine and production area.

Record production quantities, downtime, rejection, machine parameters, and other required information in production logs. Ensure proper handling of rejected or damaged bottles and packaging materials.



Follow all food safety, GMP, HACCP, quality, and workplace safety requirements.

Use PPE and follow all plant safety procedures. Coordinate with the Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Utility teams for smooth production operations. Ensure proper shutdown and cleaning of the machine after completion of production.

Perform any other production-related duties assigned by the reporting manager. 3.

Technical Responsibilities The operator should be able to: Understand the basic working principles of KHS filling and packaging machinery. Operate HMI/control panels and monitor machine alarms. Understand basic machine parameters and operating limits.

Carry out format/changeover activities. Identify common machine faults and take appropriate first-level corrective action. Monitor conveyors, sensors, valves, pumps, pneumatic systems, and other associated components.

Understand basic CIP and machine cleaning procedures, wherever applicable. Coordinate with the maintenance team for unresolved technical issues.

- Quality & Safety Responsibilities Ensure that only approved product and packaging materials are used. Maintain required hygiene standards at all times. Prevent contamination of product and packaging. Immediately report quality deviations and abnormal machine conditions.

Follow

Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures whenever applicable. Never bypass machine safety guards, sensors, or interlocks. Maintain a clean and protected working environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
