CLIENT: Our client is a bulk transporter of coal servicing PSUs like thermal power plants, state electricity boards, Discoms,Railways etc.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a PSU Govt Relationship Manager based at Bangalore to work as primary relationship manager for Thermal Power Stns,State Electricity Boards, Power Discoms ,State Load Dispatch Centers,STU, CTU, KREDL, KPCL etc.

The incumbent will act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC).

Key Result Areas

- Drive business development across public and private sector utilities with a focus on coal contracts,s, identify recent business opportunities from these customer groups.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across procurement, fuel management, commercial, and operations teams within power utilities and industrial customers.
- Serve as the point of contact for customer issues and proactively resolve operational challenges related to dispatches,



rake movement, logistics coordination, billing, and service delivery.
- Manage end-to-end contract management and ensure strong customer relationships for coal supply contracts.
- Maintain constant vigil of the announcement of e-auction and participation in tenders.

Incumbent Profile:
- BE in Power Management ( preferred) having rich contacts with Power Plants,Power Utilities,SEBs, Power Discoms, Railways and similar PSUs.
- Experienced in Contract and Relationship ,Management,commercial sales, Deal Governance to ensure smooth completion, closure and and payments.
- Knowledge of Kannada preferred.
