Lead a team of quality engineers in guiding multi-disciplinary planning, integrating ecosystem components, and developing comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. Define and implement key performance metrics, manage test execution, and facilitate defect resolution.
