We are looking for a customer-focused Key Account Manager to manage corporate client relationships, ensure seamless service delivery, and drive customer satisfaction within workplace dining and cafeteria solutions environments.

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage client queries, concerns, and escalations in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and operational excellence.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Conduct regular client reviews and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and business expansion within existing accounts.
- Drive client retention through proactive relationship management.

Desired profiles:

- Graduate with experience in Key Account Management, Client Servicing, Customer Success, or Relationship Management.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Corporate Food Services,



Workplace Dining Solutions, Cafeteria Management, Hospitality, Aviation, or Facility Management preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Hotel/Hospitality/ in Business
- 3+ years' of relevant work experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
