nSUMMARY

nWe are looking for a proactive and experienced Key Account Manager – Communications to manage client

nrelationships and coordinate communication, PR, digital, and media initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong

ncommunication skills, client-handling experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a remote

nwork setting.

nEDUCATION

nBachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Management, or

na related field.

nTECHNICAL SKILLS

nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.

nStrong client relationship management skills.

nGood understanding of PR, corporate communications, digital media, and content.

nStrong presentation and negotiation skills.

nAbility to manage multiple accounts and projects.

nStrong coordination and stakeholder-management skills.

nGood problem-solving and analytical abilities.

nProficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

nAbility to work independently in a remote environment.

nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n- Manage relationships with assigned clients and key stakeholders. - Act as the primary point of contact for client

ncommunication. - Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for execution.



- Develop and

nexecute communication, PR, media, and digital campaigns. - Coordinate with content, creative, PR, social media, and

ndigital teams. - Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations. - Conduct regular client calls and

nmeetings. - Prepare presentations, reports, campaign updates, and communication plans. - Handle client feedback,

nescalations, and ensure timely resolution. - Identify opportunities for account growth and business development. -

nMonitor campaign performance and share regular updates with clients. - Stay updated with communication, PR, media,

nand digital industry trends.
