nClient Servicing Manager / Executive

nLocation: Gurgaon , Haryana - On Roll - Full Time Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month

nExperience:

n2–5 years Industry: Corporate Merchandise | Promotional Products | Corporate Gifting | Apparel & Branding

nTHE ROLE

n

nYou will be responsible for managing clients and ensuring smooth execution of their merchandise, corporate gifting, apparel and branding requirements—from enquiry to final delivery.

n

nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n

n• Manage and develop solid client relationships

n• Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order closures

n• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products





n• Coordinate with design, production, purchase, vendors and logistics teams

n• Manage samples, artwork approvals and production timelines

n• Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction

n• Follow up on leads and generate repeat business

n• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

n• Handle client queries and resolve issues proactively

n• Maintain accurate order and client records

n

n⭐ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

n2–5 years of experience in client servicing, corporate gifting, merchandise, advertising, branding, events, apparel or a related B2B industry.

n

nYou should have:

n✓ Commercial & negotiation skills

n✓ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
