We are looking for a Junior Video Editor / Visual Content Designer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to join our creative team.

We need someone who can take a brief, understand the visual direction, and execute independently without needing to be taught the basics of editing, software or social media content creation.

What you'll be doing• Editing Instagram Reels, social videos, ads and brand films

- Creating short-form video content with strong pacing, transitions, typography and sound
- Editing fashion, product and lifestyle content
- Creating social media creatives and campaign assets
- Working with raw footage from shoots and turning it into polished content
- Adapting content into different formats and aspect ratios
- Working closely with the founder and creative team on campaign execution
- Occasionally assisting with shoot planning, storyboarding and visual treatments

You MUST be comfortable withAdobe Premiere Pro

Adobe After Effects

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Lightroom

DaVinci Resolve

Figma

Knowledge of CapCut / Canva / AI creative & video tools is an advantage,



but these are not substitutes for proper editing skills.

We're looking for someone who• Has at least 1 year of actual professional/freelance experience

- Is already comfortable working with skilled editing software
- Has a good understanding of fashion, aesthetics, composition and visual storytelling
- Has an eye for premium/editorial visual language
- Understands what works on Instagram and other social platforms
- Can work with minimal hand-holding
- Is dependable with timelines and deliverables
- Is curious, sharp and willing to take ownership
- Has a strong portfolio/showreel : this matters more than your degree

Please don't apply if...You're looking for your first exposure to video editing, need to be trained from scratch, or are primarily interested in an internship to "explore" the field and just experimenting your time .

We need someone who can contribute from Day One and is hungry for growth.

This is a hybrid role based in Mumbai with immediate joining.
