- Prepare and share monthly performance and usage reports to track progress.

- Identify recurring issues and suggest product or process improvements to enhance client experience.

- Coordinate with internal tech and product teams for escalations and maintain proper documentation of tickets and resolutions.

- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention by providing excellent service.
