About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Supply Chain Executive with 3+ years of experience in the Solar industry to support end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in procurement, vendor coordination, inventory management, logistics, and material planning for solar projects.

Experience handling solar components such as PV modules, inverters, mounting structures, cables, and BOS materials is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate procurement activities for solar project materials based on project schedules.
- Manage sourcing, vendor follow-ups, purchase orders, and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock.
- Track material movement from suppliers to warehouses and project sites.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatches and deliveries.
- Prepare procurement records, inventory reports, and MIS.
- Assist in vendor evaluation, price comparison, and cost optimization.
- Work with Project, Engineering, Finance, and Warehouse teams.




- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality standards.
- Resolve supply chain issues related to delays and shortages.
- Support documentation such as GRNs, invoices, and purchase records.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of supply chain and procurement in the solar industry.
- Experience with PV modules, inverters, mounting structures, cables, junction boxes, and BOS components.
- Vendor management, inventory control, logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP (preferred).
- Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the Solar/Renewable Energy industry (mandatory).
- Experience in EPC Solar projects or Solar Manufacturing preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience supporting utility-scale, commercial, or rooftop solar projects.
- Knowledge of solar vendors and suppliers.
- Strong material planning and logistics coordination skills.
