Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.

Create, schedule, publish, and monitor regular social media posts, stories, reels, and videos.

Ensure all content is aligned with the company’s brand image and communication style.

Content Creation

Create engaging captions, posts, reels, stories, and other digital content.

Coordinate with the design, video, and marketing teams for content creation.

Capture photos and videos during company events, projects, and activities for social media use.

Edit basic photos and videos using tools such as Canva, Cap-Cut, or similar applications.

Engagement & Community Management

Respond to comments, messages, enquiries, and mentions on social media platforms.

Monitor audience engagement and maintain professional communication with followers.

Identify relevant trends, hashtags, sounds, and content formats.

Social Media Growth & Marketing

Research current social media trends and competitor activities.





Suggest recent ideas and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with the marketing team when required.

Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, and other key metrics.

Brand & Reputation

Ensure consistency in company branding, tone, visuals, and messaging across platforms.

Monitor online mentions and feedback about the company.

Escalate important customer enquiries, complaints, or negative feedback to the concerned department.

Additional Responsibilities

Maintain an organized library of photos, videos, graphics, and social media content.

Coordinate with internal teams to collect information, updates, and event-related content.

Assist the Marketing Manager with digital marketing activities and promotional campaigns.

Stay updated with new social media features, tools, and industry trends.
