Job Title: Junior Sales Executive

Role Overview

We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to manage both inbound and outbound customer engagement — handling warm leads, maintaining the customer database, and driving conversions through calls, field visits, and messaging campaigns. The role demands discipline, resilience under pressure, and strong interpersonal skills to represent the brand professionally to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound, outbound, and warm-lead customer interactions

Maintain and update the customer database accurately

Send bulk/multiple messages (WhatsApp, SMS) as part of outreach campaigns

Travel to customer locations as required; stay versatile with outstation assignments

Build and apply understanding of sales structures and funnels to close deals





Work seamlessly with internal resources/teams to ensure smooth execution

Meet targets while working under pressure and tight deadlines

Requirements

- Age: 18+
- Any degree (no specific stream required)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Languages: English, Tamil required; Telugu or Kannada added advantage
- Strong communication skills — verbal and written
- Willingness to travel and stay outstation as needed.
- Prior experience in sales/customer-facing roles preferred
