Role Description The JUNIOR PRODUCTION DRAWING DRAUGHTSPERSON is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The role involves preparing detailed production drawings and technical sketches for decorative lighting products, ensuring dimensional accuracy and alignment with design specifications.

Day-to-day tasks include updating drawings based on design changes, coordinating with production and quality teams, and supporting production planning with clear documentation and layouts. The draughtsperson will assist in maintaining drawing standards, contribute to continuous improvement of design documentation,



and help train team members on proper use and interpretation of drawings. Collaboration with designers, supervisors, and workshop staff is key to ensuring smooth manufacturing and high-quality finished products.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Management to support efficient manufacturing workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to coordinate effectively with design, production, and quality teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to help ensure drawings and finished products meet required standards.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to assist in guiding team members on reading and applying production drawings.
- Proficiency in technical drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar) and basic knowledge of engineering or product design principles.
- Relevant diploma or degree in mechanical drafting, product design, engineering, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow specifications, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced production environment.
- Experience in lighting, furniture, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage but not mandatory.
