About the Role

We are looking for a fully remote (you can be located anywhere) Junior QA Engineer / Technology Associate to join our technology team. This is an entry-level position suitable for a recent graduate or someone with up to two years of experience who wants to build a career in software technology.

The role will initially focus on software quality assurance and hands-on testing of web applications, with opportunities to develop additional technical skills and responsibilities over time.

Role & Responsibilities

- Perform manual functional, regression, integration, and browser-based testing of web applications.
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases and testing scenarios.
- Test application workflows, business rules, calculations, inputs, and outputs.
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects.
- Retest fixes and perform regression testing as applications are updated.
- Work closely with developers and other team members to communicate issues and verify resolutions.
- Assist with API testing and data validation where appropriate.
- Help maintain QA documentation and testing records.
- Work alongside experienced team members as we expand our automated testing and regression-testing capabilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.Tech/B.E., BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science/IT, MCA,



or similar technical education.
- 02 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of software development and software testing concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach to testing.
- Valuable written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies independently and work effectively with a distributed technology team.
- Exposure to manual testing, APIs, SQL, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Git/GitHub, or other software technologies through coursework, projects, internships, or employment is helpful but not required.
