This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Recruiter (Target based/15k).

The Junior

Recruiter will source and screen candidates, manage job postings, and coordinate interviews in alignment with client requirements and internal targets. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing resumes, conducting initial candidate outreach, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process. The role also involves building and nurturing talent pipelines, communicating regularly with candidates and hiring managers, and meeting defined recruitment targets and performance metrics.

The Junior

Recruiter will collaborate with the recruitment and marketing teams to ensure a positive candidate experience and timely fulfillment of open positions.

Qualifications :

- Foundational recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.




- Strong communication skills for candidate outreach, follow-ups, and collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Basic organizational and administrative skills, such as maintaining records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and managing job postings.
- Ability to work with targets, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced remote workplace.
- Comfort with digital tools, social media platforms, and online job boards for sourcing and engagement.
- Attention to detail, professional demeanor, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive hiring practices.
- Preferred: Prior internship or entry-level experience in recruitment, HR, or customer-facing roles.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
