Key Responsibilities

- Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, dosage, interactions, and potential adverse effects.

- Assess, compound, dispense, package, and label medications in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

- Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, storage, interactions, brands, medical equipment, and healthcare products.

- Monitor medication usage and prescribing trends to support patient safety, compliance, and rational drug use.

- Procure, manage, store, and maintain adequate inventory of medicines and medical supplies.

- Maintain accurate pharmacy records, patient profiles, inventories, and statutory registers for controlled drugs and other regulated items.

- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals on medication selection, therapy monitoring, and drug-related guidance.

- Support health promotion activities, including educating patients on the use of devices such as BP and diabetes monitors.

- Ensure proper handling, security, disposal, and compliance with applicable pharmacy policies and legal requirements.





Ideal Candidate Profile

- Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or Pharm.D.

- Also B.com or any other graduates can apply who has knowledge of pharmacy

- Experience: 0–2 years in a pharmacy/healthcare setting.

- Registration: Registered with the Karnataka Pharmacy Council and willing to submit the original KPC registration certificate.

- Robust verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage.

- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy, organization, and time-management skills.

- Able to understand and follow prescriptions, written instructions, and directions from doctors and supervisors.

- Capable of planning and managing work effectively with minimal supervision.

- Strong interpersonal, listening, and teamwork skills with a patient-focused approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
