Carnera is growing, and we are looking for a kick-ass, fun-to-work Junior Marketing Associate to join our team. We're on the rise and need someone passionate and have excellent marketing skills.

Responsibilities

- Developing and executing the social media strategies for all key social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Linkedin) and ensuring that it is aligned with business goals
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written) according to the company branding guidelines.
- Curate relevant content to reach the company s ideal customers.
- Making a marketing calendar based on the activities to get more traffic and followers on social media.
- Good to know - Creation and posting of Blogs on the website and social media.
- Good to know - Website designing - No code website platform.
- Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
- Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the business. Report notable threats to appropriate management.
- Research on industry competitor trends to apply best practices to the brand portfolio
- Experience using Canva

Desired Candidate

- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in website content management and design.




- Proficiency in social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Robust creative skills with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, PowerPoint, etc.
- Basic understanding of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Experience or familiarity with no-code website development platforms (e.g., Webflow, Wix, Squarespace) is a definite plus.;
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills with a minimum 1-year experience
- A portfolio or live examples showcasing previous work in marketing, content creation, and design would be an advantage.
